By using the services of Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Your booking is confirmed once we receive the advance payment and send you a written confirmation. We may carry out a pre-move survey at your home or over video to check the actual volume of goods. That survey forms the basis of your final quote, so please be present for it or send someone who knows the inventory well.
APML provides packing, moving, and relocation services. The specific services, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any move.
A price shared over the phone or from a form is an estimate only. After the survey, we issue a final quote that reflects the real volume, floor access, and any special handling your goods need.
Jewellery, cash, heirlooms, and similar valuables stay your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. Tell us about anything worth more than you'd be comfortable losing, because our standard rates don't cover undeclared high-value goods.
You need to arrange clear access at both ends: working lifts, wide stairways, and parking close to the building. We don't carry explosives, gas cylinders, acids, fireworks, fuels, or other hazardous materials under any circumstances. If our crew finds an undeclared dangerous item, they'll stop that part of the job and charge a fee for the wasted trip.
Strikes, floods, landslides, road closures, and government orders can push a move back. We'll keep you informed and rebook as soon as conditions allow. APML isn't liable for losses caused by events outside our control, but we'll always try to find a workable new date.
APML provides transit insurance as an optional service. Without insurance, our liability is limited to the terms specified in the Indian Carriage of Goods by Road Act. We strongly recommend opting for comprehensive transit insurance, especially for electronics, artwork, and other high-value items.

These terms follow the laws of India. If a disagreement comes up, write to us first and give us 30 days to sort it out. Most issues resolve at that stage. Anything still unsettled goes to the courts located in India, and both sides cover their own costs unless a court decides otherwise.
APML reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
