Our Story

Agarwal Packers and Movers started as a small family business in 1987. Today we run 140+ branches across India. That sounds big on a website. On the ground it still looks the same: a crew that shows up on time, packs carefully, and calls you when the truck is a day out.

We know a move is not boxes and tape. It is your kitchen landing in a new city, your kid's school books within reach on day one, your office restarting without a week of chaos. That is the part we take seriously.

Over the years we have shifted hostel loads, 4BHK penthouses, server rooms and cars half across the country. Same process every time — free survey, written quote, trained packers, insured transit if you want it. What changes is the crew size and how many cartons go on the truck.

You get one number to call, not a call centre maze. If something slips, we fix it the same day. Questions at survey time are free — ask about GST, insurance, timelines. A good company will not get annoyed.

Safety & Security

We wrap like the carton is going overseas, even if it is going 20 km. Fragile items get extra layers. Heavy furniture is dismantled with screws bagged and taped to the frame. Transit insurance is optional; on long routes we recommend it. The premium sits as a clear line, not buried in the total.

Timely Delivery

We give a delivery window at booking, not a vague "few days". When the truck is a day out, you get a call. Traffic and weather can still slow things — we would rather tell you early than go silent.

Newer trucks, better packing material, GPS on the fleet. Nothing fancy for its own sake. If a tool helps your goods land safer, we use it. If it only looks good in a brochure, we skip it.

Written estimate after the free survey. Breakup of packing, labour, transport and insurance. GST as per government norms. Change the scope, we requote before anyone lifts a box. No surprise lines on the final bill.

Reuse cartons where they are still strong. Less single-use plastic where paper wrap works. Small steps — we are not claiming to save the planet, we just hate throwing useful stuff.

What a move actually feels like
